Privacy Policy

When you fill out our quiz, you give us your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and some details about your HVAC issue — what's wrong, how urgent it is, and whether you own the home. That's it, and you provide all of it voluntarily. We don't collect anything behind your back.

We use your information for one purpose: to match you with one licensed local HVAC contractor and to contact you about that request. We don't use it to build marketing lists, and we don't send you newsletters you didn't ask for.

Exactly one contractor per request. When we match you, the single licensed contractor we've chosen receives your name, phone number, and the details of your request so they can call you and help. Your information is never sold and never distributed to multiple companies. That's the whole point of HomeHero.

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, and we use the Meta Pixel to measure whether those ads work. That means Meta may receive event data about your visit to our site and whether you submitted our form. This is standard ad measurement; you can learn more in Meta's own privacy documentation.

We retain your contact information to support the referral we made — for example, so we can step in if the contractor doesn't follow up, or resolve a dispute about how your request was handled.
