HomeHero is a free referral service. You tell us about your HVAC problem, and we connect you with one licensed local HVAC contractor. HomeHero is not a contractor, and we do not perform HVAC work ourselves.

If you hire the contractor we match you with, that contract is between you and them. HomeHero doesn't guarantee, warrant, or take responsibility for the work performed, the prices quoted, or the outcome of any job. Get quotes in writing and ask questions the way you would with any contractor you found yourself.

Before a contractor can receive requests through HomeHero, we verify they hold an active state license and carry current liability insurance. That's our vetting bar, and contractors who fall out of good standing are removed.

You agree to give us accurate information, and you confirm that you own the property or are authorized to make decisions about work on it.

By submitting your information, you agree to be contacted by phone or email by the single licensed contractor we match you with, about your request.

Contractors pay HomeHero for referrals. That's why the service is free to you as a homeowner — and it never changes what you pay the contractor.

We run this service carefully, but to the fullest extent the law allows, HomeHero's liability to you for anything arising out of using this service is limited. We are not liable for damages caused by a contractor's work, missed appointments, or losses that follow from them — your remedy for problems with the work lies with the contractor who performed it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
